Your completed form should be sent with any supporting documents to Eaton Fund, PO Box 172, Lewes BN7 9FF.

Alternatively you can ask to receive an application form in the post by emailing admin@eatonfund.org.uk or by calling the Administrator on 01273 480606.

Applicants are asked to send in their fully completed application forms and supporting correspondence by 26th February 2010 in order to be considered at the next Trustees' meeting. You will find deadlines for upcoming Trustees' meetings listed in the Calendar.  Applicants will be notified of the Trustees' decision within a month of these dates.
