Retirement of Mr Albert Selwood

Mr Selwood has been Clerk to the Eaton Fund for fifty years. He says he has enjoyed every minute !
When he started the job in 1958, there were four Trustees, all of them related to Miss Nellie Eaton (see History of the Fund section). The Chairman then was Mr Charles Eaton Mills, J.P. Now only two of the Trustees are family members, granddaughters of Mr Mills. However, Mr Selwood says the Trustees' meetings are as congenial as ever.

We wish Mr Selwood and his wife a happy and active retirement.

Deadline for Applications

Applicants are asked to send in their fully completed application forms and supporting correspondence by 21st May 2008 in order to be considerd at the next meeting. Applicants will be notified of the Trustees decisions within a month of this date.
